Bunnies and Bonnets
Although the bunnies and bonnets are adorable,
please don’t forget…
the real reason behind this season,
HE IS RISEN ! PRAISE THE LORD !
Here’s a way to use all of those hardboiled eggs your kids found!
6 hard boiled eggs
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cracked pepper
1 tsp. mustard
1 tbs. pickle relish
¼ cup mayonnaise
paprika
Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks and
mash with fork. Add remaining ingredients
and whip till fluffy. Put mixture in zip lock bag
and refrigerate along with egg whites. When
ready to serve put unfilled egg whites on plate,
snip off corner of baggie and pipe into egg
whites. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
